Where are your car wash locations?

We have car wash locations in Plano, McKinney, Richardson, and Dallas. Each location offers the same high-quality services and excellent customer experience. Your Vibe membership will work at any Vibe location!
What are your hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week for your convenience! We may close due to inclement weather, so stay tuned to our instagram for updates @vibecw. Our Summer Hours (April to October) are: Monday thru Saturday: 7am to 9pm Sunday: 8am to 8pm Our Winter Hours (September to March) are: Monday thru Saturday: 7am to 8pm Sunday: 8am to 7pm
Do you offer any membership plans?

Yes, we offer several membership plans that provide unlimited washes for a low monthly fee. Members never have to worry about the rain or getting splashed with mud on the road! Just bring it back in and get it clean quick! Save time and money with an unlimited wash package from Vibe!
Is this a monthly charge?

Yes! We automatically re-charge your credit card every month on your billing date. Don't worry about missing a bill. If there are any issues with your payment, we will text you!
Can I add multiple vehicles to my plan?

Yes! We offer a family plan discount where you can save $10 per month off each additional pass you add to your account! Valid on our Diamond Ceramic VIP and Platinum VIP plans. Visit our Family Plans page for more information!
Can I manage my plan or update my credit card online?

Yes! You can create an account with your existing plan or purchase a new one online and manage it with your account. Click here to manage your account online!
Is there a contract? What if I want to cancel?

There is NO contract at all and you can cancel anytime through our website! Click here to manage your account online!
What types of car wash packages do you offer?

We offer a variety of express exterior car wash packages, including tire shine, waxes, ceramic coatings, and more! Each wash package is designed to meet different needs and preferences and start at just $10.
Do you offer free vacuums?

Yes! All of our sites have vacuums available for customer use - all included with every wash!
Is your car wash safe for my vehicle?

We do not use traditional "brushes" in our tunnels and instead use closed cell neoprene foam material that does not absorb dirt and grime. All of our locations also have rinses on all wraps that clean the foam between each wash. The result is a much cleaner car wash and in turn, a safer car wash experience! If you have any questions about this or would like to discuss further, please feel free to reach out to our team! What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For our memberships, you will need a physical card, but you can use Tap to Pay, like Apple Pay or Google Pay, for single washes!
